Functions

Supervise and control the contracts for hydrosanitary, electrical and lighting networks, electric plants, gas, guided parking, mechanical ventilation, RCI, access control systems, security cameras, and fire detection. Coordinate the team of professionals in charge, ensuring efficient management of designs, technical supervision, progress committees, and work planning among contractors. Resolve conflicts, manage the budget, and ensure that execution meets the deadlines and quality standards established in the contracts. Analyze bids and prepare comparative charts for contracting.
