Ensure the fulfillment of the specific objective of the supervision contract through the strategic guidance and direction of the assigned work team. Promote and encourage productive work by optimizing resources, ensuring budget control, project time, and quality. Supervise and coordinate designs, ensuring their correct integration with the different stages of the project. Perform unit price analysis, technical specifications, and the preparation of comparative budgets. Coordinate and manage the bidding processes for the hiring of suppliers and contractors, ensuring transparency and efficiency in resource management.
